About Us

Eat With Purpose : The Staple Kaka Philosophy

At The Staple Kaka, we believe food should follow nature’s rhythm. By embracing seasonal eating, we unlock richer nutrition. Our fruits, grains, and spices are organically grown in pure soil and sourced from tribal forests, country regions, and uphill locations where traditional farming still thrives.

With full food traceability in farms and support for local growers, we nurture sustainable agriculture and preserve timeless culinary wisdom. Every ingredient is handled with care - slow grinding, stone-based milling, unpolished pulses, and slow-press or cold-press extraction that ensures minimal heat and no chemical processing.

For us, purity isn’t a trend - it’s a way of life. Join us in savoring honest flavors, uplifting communities, and honoring the earth with every mindful bite.

Our Journey: From Recovery to Rediscovery

The Staple Kaka began in 2017, during our founder Amreen’s recovery from thyroid cancer surgery. In her search for truly nourishing food, she found that even popular organic options lacked the purity she expected.

This realization guided us into India’s remote tribal regions and forests, where indigenous seeds, pure soil, and age-old farming traditions still flourish. There, we discovered the authentic, nutrient-rich foods we had been longing for.

Inspired by these communities and their wisdom, we set out to bring the same purity to modern homes. We source from pristine lands, maintain food traceability in farms, and honor slow, traditional processing - slow grinding, minimal heat, and slow-press or cold-press extractions that preserve every bit of natural goodness.

Today, The Staple Kaka is a gentle bridge between heritage and everyday kitchens. We invite you to savor honest flavors, support farming communities, and nourish your body and soul with food crafted as nature intended.

Meet The Founders

Amreen: The Heart and Vision Behind The Staple Kaka

Amreen’s journey is at the core of The Staple Kaka. With an MBA in Marketing and over 15 years of experience, she spent years working closely with rural farming communities and later ran her own rice and flour mills - experiences that connected her deeply to traditional agriculture and the quiet craft of slow, careful processing.

But it was her personal health journey that turned this understanding into purpose. In seeking food that truly nourished, she rediscovered the power of purity and the wisdom held in traditional, thoughtfully grown ingredients.

The Staple Kaka grew from this clarity. For Amreen, it is more than a brand - it is a way to honor the communities that shaped her learning and to share food that feels honest, healing, and rooted in heritage.

Faisal: The Strategic Force Behind The Staple Kaka

Faisal brings an MBA in Marketing and over 18 years of leadership across healthcare, telecom, retail, and consulting - experience that shaped his ability to turn vision into reality. Having worked with global brands like Digitas, Samsung, and Straumann, he developed a keen sense for innovation, clarity, and purposeful execution.

When The Staple Kaka was born, Faisal became the guiding force who helped transform its mission into a movement. His strategic insight and deep belief in pure, traditionally grown food have shaped how the brand sources, communicates, and stays true to its roots.

Today, Faisal’s leadership anchors the brand. He ensures that every decision reflects our commitment to authenticity, purity, and meaningful connection with the communities we serve.
