Welcome to The Staple Kaka. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (the buyer) and The Staple Kaka (the seller). By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the owner of this store. Our legal name, registered address, and contact details are provided on our website in compliance with applicable laws.

1. Order Acceptance

Each order you place on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order via WhatsApp or email. Your order is accepted - and a contract is formed - once we dispatch your order or explicitly confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order before dispatch (for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or legal restrictions). If your order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued promptly.

2. Product Information

We strive to present product descriptions, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all information or images are error-free. Product colors, packaging, or features may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.

If a product is defective or misdescribed, our liability is limited to replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy. We comply with all e-commerce regulations regarding truthful representation and consumer warranties.

3. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed in accordance with our Pricing Policy. Payment must be completed in full at checkout through our secure payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay). We do not store your complete payment details.

All applicable taxes (including GST) and fees will be clearly listed in your invoice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped in line with our Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise agreed, our responsibility ends once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Once goods are delivered to your specified address, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are processed as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control - such as natural disasters, strikes, or political disruptions. In such cases, delivery dates may be extended, or the contract may be canceled without penalty.

All website content - including text, images, designs, and logos - is the property of or licensed to The Staple Kaka. No part of this site may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

Products purchased are for personal or business use only. Any unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.
