Refund policy

We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or unsatisfactory product, we’re here to help.

1. Fruits

  • Returns or refunds for fruits are accepted only within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A valid reason such as damage, spoilage, or incorrect item must be provided.
  • Customers are requested to email us at tsk@thestaplekaka.com with a photograph of the damaged product clearly showing the issue.
  • The email and photograph must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.

2. Groceries and Other Items

  • Returns or refunds for groceries and other non-perishable items are accepted within 48 hours of delivery. 
  • Please share the reason for return and a clear photograph showing the issue by emailing us at tsk@thestaplekaka.com.
  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the consignment.
  • Approved returns will be replaced or refunded based on stock availability and product condition.

3. Refund Process

If your return or refund request is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 4–5 working days.
  • The credited amount will automatically reflect in your original payment method (card, UPI, or wallet).

4. Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging. 
  • We reserve the right to reject claims made after the specified time frame (24 or 48 hours, as applicable).
